Using Turbo Lister
Open your .html or .txt file in notepad and add the Direct URL links to your photos in the tags. You can actually edit the rest of your template within the Turbo Lister program.
Open Turbo Lister
From the New dropdown menu choose to "Create New Item"
Add all your information Title and Category
Pictures and Description
Click the + button to the right to Customize - Choose Self-hosted
pictures click OK
Click the first box to insert your Gallery photo. Paste the Direct URL
from your Image Hosting Site into the first line ~ Picture1 Click OK at
the bottom. The photo will show if the link is correct, if photo does not show,
go back and make sure of the URL.
Description
Click the button that say Description Builder under the text box, this will open to a new page. Set these Setting one time and Save for future listings.
Click Change photo hosting in the left side margin toward the
bottom.
. . choose Your own web hosting
. . check the box Save for future listings.
. . click OK
One thing to double check - At the top in the margin. Make sure the Use Designer box is not checked
There are 3 tabs - Design View, HTML View, Preview
Choose HTML View
Copy your template html from notepad from the <!--
Begin Description --> tag to the <!-- End
Description --> tag and paste it into the box area.
IMPORTANT NOTE:: With the New eBay Selling Format of 2007-
you can not paste the <html> <head> <body> tags into the html
section. You must copy from my beginning tag to ending tag.
You will get an "error" if you accidentally paste any extra html tags into eBay.
Choose Design View
You will see your complete template and your photos should show properly if
they were added correctly.
Now to
Continue to finish your listing.
Click and Save the listing.
Highlight the new listing on the main page and Preview it
to see exactly how your listing will appear online.
