Lines in your template could be one of two things:
* If you are using an html editor and when looking at your template in the editing mode. It does show all your pieces of your template in the header section, and the main bottom section of your template does not look like it is lining up properly. This is normal in the editing section, but will show properly in your preview or browser.
* Same thing if you are viewing your listing on ebay in the Standard tab after pasting your html in the html tab. It will look fine after you submit your listing and view it in your browser.
* If you still have lines pulling apart your header in your preview. Is it possible that your photos in your listing are to big. I suggest your photos to be 500 - 600 pixels wide. Click here for more information about resizing your photos.

The first thing to check if this has happened is to open your template in Trellion and check the source tab. Scroll down from the top to where you see
background=http://yourDomain/graphic_d.gif if you do not see the URL http:// before the graphic name. Chances are, when the program saved your changes it removed all the URLs and reverted to saving it only to the links on your own computer. You can either start with your original template that I sent to you, or you can go into the source tab and enter the URL before all of the graphic names from your original html file.
If you need me to send your files to you again, just contact me.

With hosting sites, you may find a problem with your graphics not showing on your listing at times. This is probably happening when the hosting site is backing up their servers or doing maintenance. Usually it is temporarily, only a few hours. Try refreshing your browser several times or clean out your cache.

You have uploaded your auction photo to your image hosting site, listed your auction. Everything looked fine. You then deleted the photo and now it doesn't show on your auction listing. Do not delete the photo until after the auction ends. The link in your template is a direct link to the photo on your image hosting website.

UPDATE . . . PLEASE READ

Information ~ the new eBay Selling Format . . .

Are you having problems using your templates with the new Selling Format? This could be the problem.

2-25-07 - I sent an email out to everyone that has purchased a template from me. I try to give you the "best customer service" possible and keep you informed.

I have received a few emails from people that are using my templates with the "New eBay Selling Form". Looking into this matter and speaking with others and reading the message boards, the problem seems to be when one copies and pastes the html into the new selling form. They are copying the entire html page and pasting it into ebay. I have tags at the beginning and ending of all the templates, in both the html and txt file formats.
You have to just copy from my tags
<!-- Begin Description --> and <!-- End Description -->

The problem has arisen because by copying the entire page instead of the html between the tags is putting a second <html> <head> <body> tag. The new system will not allow the usage of these added html tags and you will get a common error when you go to review your listing.

Someone also shared this information from a message board about editing your template html in Microsoft Word.
***
Some sellers also try to copy a description written in Microsoft Word and paste it into the description area. Microsoft inserts “MSO” tags into the html which won’t be translated correctly by our selling forms. You can copy and paste from Microsoft Word, but to do so we recommend that you save the document as plain text first (.txt) and then copy and paste.

If you have any other questions or need any help with your template, please email me and I will help you any way that I can.
